We have a fully remote customer success executive position, where you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships.

You will work closely with our sales and support teams to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, and you will be responsible for ensuring that their needs are met and their issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for driving customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Executive or similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Familiarity with customer success metrics and best practices
  • Fluent in English
